O segredo da empreitada bem sucedida não foi devido exclusivamente ao álbum Eliminator, mas do vídeoclipe de Tim Newman que sempre era transmitido pela MTV, revelando o que seria a marca registrada do ZZ Top: hot rods e belas mulheres em roupas insinuantes.
